Create a statewide ortal for secure information for all state contracted providers accessable through the www.access.wa.gov webs

Create a secure portal similar to www.onehealthport.com. This would create a resource for all state contracted providers to access one secure server for needed information. It would also reduce the amount of administrative time and resources to validate each provider (Tax ID number). Sales Tax on boats and airplanes is incorrect now

Reduce sales taxes on aircraft and boats. Currently these are taxed the same as everything else, but they are so portable that many owners leave the state to avoid the tax. It is very simple to register these in another state that has no or very low sales taxes. When this happens, all the businesses that would support these boats and airplanes lose them as customers. Expand utlization of Dispute Resolution Centers (DRCs). DRCs are private, not-for-profit, or public agencies. Since 1984, twenty local DRCs have been established to provide alternative dispute resolution, mediation and training services. Eliminate the Healthy Worksite Initiative

The Healthy Worksite Initiative has wasted thousands of dollars and don't see much benefit. Agencies do not need a wellness coordinator to tell them to wash their hands after using the restroom. Allowing state employees to spend time blogging on a wellness site, exercise freely as they wish, have quiet rooms in the facilities is a complete WASTE. Exceptional sentences

It costs roughly $30,000 to $40,000 per year to house an inmate. Many inmates have been given exceptional, or excessive sentences. In yet they have remained infraction free, obtained degrees, or a trade, and have been role models for other inmates.
