WA Wildlife and Recreation Program

Do not suspend the WA Wildlife and Recreation Program (WWRP) as a budget solution. Rather, provide $100 million for WWRP capital grants for parks, trails, wildlife habitat and working farms. Restore NOVA funding to DNR, RCO

NOVA was setup as a deal where the state would put off-road gas taxes and ORV tabs into an account instead of refunding it to the user. Therefore, this system is totally self-funded, and should NEVER be used for another state agency (Parks currently).

1.5 million people depend on its funding for recreation around this state.
