Public Lands Annual Pass

State Parks, DNR, and DFW should coordinate on developing a Washington State Public Lands annual access pass (similar to the Federal annual pass and parking permit that provides access to federal lands, including National Parks and Refuges, and USFS lands). Restructure Respite programs

Restructure Waiver program and CIBS program. It would be much more cost effective and beneficial to clients and families to use the funds from some of these programs to be used to more types of after school care or day programs for our disabled family members. Streamline State Park Operations

I suggest you: contract out parks maintenance, sell expensive white elephants (St. Edward State Park seminary, pool, gym), discontinue using the seminary as a residence for staff, cut staff, use volunteers to perform park maintenance (not done now due to ridiculous union rules)
