Stop penalizing the unemployed for taking college or trade school classes

End the exclusion from unemployment of college students. To grow the economy we need to grow the skills of the work force. Besides a lot of students work either full or part-time while being college students, so it is discriminatory to penalize them for going to college (or trade schools).

Unemployment insurance was originally intended to support seasonal workers such as in road construction during the non-construction season, but few people actually enjoy being ideal and many construction workers are not good at budgeting seasonal income with year around needs.
