Look at middle and upper management. When we took the last cuts, we got one more manager, and lost 3 office assisstants. You dont need a managing director, and another manager (WMS) under her/him with only 5 employees in a unit. Cut pay or number of WMS, and make sure it is WMS, everytime this comes around to our agency, they play the shell game and we lose more front people and the WMS are moved/renamed/saved, but never cut!!
