Stricter Litter Fines on WA. State Roads

I suggest you have the police and courts enforce a strict no litter policy on our roads and freeways charge a higher fine and garnish work wages or revoke license if unpaid.

GA and UT roads do not look near as bad as ours do. They enforce this is their states. Use this money to balance the budget.

  2. The fine for a burning cigarette is $1,025. But judges usually reduce it to about $100. The problem is not the fine, but rather the judges.

  3. Then lets tell the judges not to decrease the fines paid. Not just cigs but all trash thats tossed from cars.

  4. Not just roads, but parks and other public lands too. Hit 'em hard in the wallet, or make them pick up litter for a week.
