Get rid of state highway system

Save money, by giving them to the counties/cities where they are located for them to maintain. Look into what the government of Ontario, Canada did about their provincial highway system.

    This is just transferring the cost from one tax payer funded entity (the state) to another tax payer funded entity (the county or city). No savings to be found here...move along

    ? Over 90% of all state highways are federally funded aren't they? We wouldn't have gotten any Obama Stimulus if we didn't have state highways...current events yo!
