Stop paying employees for travel time before they are even at work. Example, Often Managers, staff, Clincal travel to a destination, such as SCC and get paid to sit on a ferry. The staff check into their office in the morning, travel to the ferry while getting paid. They should be housed at the site, and/or they don't get paid until they are at the work site and doing the work. Other SCC employees dont get paid to sit on the ferry, and the DOC employees dont, why should a senior clinincal team and managers get paid to sit?
