Capitol Spending Projects place on hold

I suggest you... Do NOT fund any capitol projects ( new ) that are submitted by YOUR agencies until 2013, They are all on hold. Plus you overhaul your permit process= take away from a single agency, thus cutting staff. Permits are processed though the city or county not state employees== YOU grant on flat rate for that service. No more benifits paid for people you dont need. County and City Government is far superior to state employees that why they are paid more money.
