Are state employees submiting idea's and time at there state computer?

Hey Chris how many of your state employees are using there work station computers and suggest and answer or vote the transforming budget ideas?? is that a Ethics violation?>? How are you monitoring that?? seems that should not be.. but you are the one that signed the CBA and rules for this website for anyone to respond. So if they are allowed.. tell us..

    State employees are allowed to call family members and use e-mail and web for personal and information use, retrictions our pornographic, and anything that is offensive.

    During breaks state employees are allowed to go to governement and news websites. Each agengcy can decided what is/isn't appropiate, but E-mail, web and phone is all ok.

    who the bleep cares about spelling there typos they happen not everyone going to sit here and run spell check as long as get the idea that what's counts you are wasting time with bs get to the ideas this is not school class room and some state workers might have a good idea this is open to anyone that lives in the state should be able to post there idea if the state workers are using it on there breaks or time off then what's the problem
